Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies
July 21 at 11:00 am

Council discussed the next phase of residential subdivision and decided it
was time for a new name. The date for releasing the new name and ribbon cutting ceremonies is July 21, 2010 at 11:00 am.

A barbeque lunch will follow on site.
At 2:00 pm the next 30 lot residential subdivision will go on sale.
Lot sizes range from 6,443 ft2 to 9,042 ft2.
Prices range from $ 60,500.00 to $ 85,000.00.

For those of you interested in a small town community and
are looking for a new residence, come and check out
these lots on July 21, 2010. A purchase incentive
on these lots will be available on that day.
